        This machine mainly includes main bodyfront and back hydraulic drifting rollerfront and back

fixed rollerhydraulic systemelectric system and other subsidiaries.

 Main frame is composed of base seatleft and right wall, supporting organhydraulic transmission

systemleft and right pressing wheel adjusting organ. Main transmission organ is composed of

hydraulic pump, hydraulic motorcolumn gear speed reduceruniversal transmission 

shafttransmission roller; when working, the main transmission work with the bottom hydraulic 

cylinder (max. power 150T) and upper pressing wheel to actualize a straightening purpose. 

The propping up measure is displayed through magnet bar number, the supporting organ can be 

divided into two groups front and back, one side use thread rod handle to operate, and he other 

side use hydraulic clamping, this makes the web of workpiece on the central symmetry position

of main transmission wheel. The upper pressing wheel adopts a axis box configuration, the 

pressing wheel makes a opposite movement at the same time through hydraulic cylinder.  

The front and back hydraulic drifting roller use hydraulic cylinder to activate, it actualize 

synchronous lifting in virtue of turning armpulling rod and running roller. It sets up as the

main transmission wheel sets up, which guarantees stable moving in the straightening 

process.
