The operation of aluminium wire drawing machine
Aluminium wire is put into the aluminium wire machine via the pay-off stand, through which it is drawn into wire and is delivered from the final capstan and then spooled into the dual spooler.
Aluminium wire machine Type works to draw ø 9.5mm copper rod into ø 1.8-5.0mm wire.
Usage:
The machine is used for drawing electrical aluminum and alloy rod form diameter 9.5mm( diameter 12mm) to diameter 1.8-5.0 mm which can be wound by the dual take up device or coil machine .
Main capability characteristic :
1.The drawing blocks rank in a horizontal row.And the cantilevers of all dies' holders are very short and in equal length.
2.The surface of drawing blocks is coated with tungsten carbide power. Which is strong in hardness and wear proof , having long life span.
3.Main drawing machine and dead -block are driven separately. And all dies can be changed conveniently and easily .
4.Continuous dual take up , automatic reel -change,the automatic reel -change can be done at more than 99% efficiency.
5.Driven by DC motor ,the imported PLC and touch screen .(Siemens or preface ,which is convenient for the operator to set and display the parameter on the touch screen ).
