Product Profile
The stopper is mainly composed of parallel quadratic crank mechanism. The extension parts of the lower rod are the plug rod and the plug head. When the slag is discharged, the plug rod is pulled out by the drive device through the steel rope and the linkage mechanism is lifted. When the slag tap is plugged loosen the steel rope; the linkage mechanism stretches downward to the slag tap under the action of the dead weight and the balance hammer and the plug head plugs firmly on the inner sleeve of the slag tap. The plug head and the plug rod is cooling by the padding water. Such stopper features in simple structure and reliable work
