XF80/XF100Slurry Seal Machine
The machine is based on the technologies introduced from German WEIRO Company.

XF series of slurry seal machine include XF80 and XF100. The machine is made by Xugong Road Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. based on the technologies introduced from German WEIRO Company. The product is mainly used in  the preventive maintenance of various kinds of asphalt and concrete road surface, rut repair and sublayer seal, as well as common slurry seal and micro-sealing work.

Aggregate Supply System:
•The aggregate tank has a 50° inclined wall, and the material conveyer has soft rubber sealing system.
•Aggregate conveying: Continuous belt conveying, stepless speed regulation, quick and convenient to disassemble it.
•Vibrator: fixed on the vibration beam inside the aggregate box, electrically controlled.
•Measuring: the speed sensor displays the feeding speed.
Emulsified Asphalt System:
•The tank undergoes anti-corrosion treatment, and there is inspection hole and liquid level indicator.
•Large caliber low speed emulsion pump. Special structure prevents the emulsified asphalt from emulsion breaking, stepless rev regulation, rev sensor.
•Self-feed.
Stuffing System:
•Inclined material silo.
•Continuous 4×2 auger conveyer, controlled by switch.
•Rev sensor.
•Suitable for paving colour road surface and paving materials with fibres.  
Mixing System:
•Vane structure with double axles, rotary in either direction.
•Highly wear-resistant and replaceable vanes.
•The outlet can swing upwards and downwards, suitable for slope construction.
Control System:
•Centralized control: the outlet of aggregate, water, emulsified asphalt, additive, and etc. are automatically controlled by a switch.
•Automatic time-delay control: the user can set up the sequence of the materials when adding into the mixer.
•The numerical display sensor can precisely control the batching of the slurry mixture.
•Reliable performance, simple operation.
Paving System:
•Three kinds of paving box: hydraulic stepless telescopic type, mechanical lengthened type, and rut paving box,
•The paving thickness and width can be adjusted.
•The feeding axle can rotate in either direction, and has stepless speed regulation function.
Collocation:
•Originally imported German DEUTE, HATZ air-cooling diesel engine.
•Originally imported water pump and emulsified asphalt pump.
