FEATURE

The machine body use optimized design by CAD/CAM, wide bed & wide column structure, casting process use superior quality resin sand, times effect of aging treatment times, with strong shock-absorbing ability, excellent overall rigidity. 3 axes rectangle guide use triangular supporting design, ultra-high frequency quenching, precision grinding on the guide surrounding.
2. Spindle head balance device is nitrogen balance system.
3. Large Lead Precision Ball Screw coupled with precision angular contact ball bearings by preloaded installation, feeding accurately, and strong workload.
4. The rectangular guide-way are contacted by Friction which pasted Turcite-B wearable film, with scraped extraordinarily.
