Main Characteristics

1.The axis X,Y,Z are all installed with the rolling linear guide rails and the running blocks are tightly fixed leaving no gap between any two. Master screw of each axis is ball screw in high accuracy with feature of wear-resisting,low friction coefficient, high positioning accuracy,flexibility and working stability. The machine body is durable and the guide rail supporting surface is stable.
2. The electric spindle adopts frequency changer for speed changing, which can milling with a small tool in a high speed with the features of super speed maching,high rotating accuracy, small vibrate and low noise.
3.The drive system adopts original import AC servo system which makes it running steadily with merits of excellent speed raising, low noise and high control accuracy.
4.The software of the engraving control system is easy to learn and operate,also easy to be understood, with windows interface integrating mark and manual with complete Chinese characters. Operating in English versions in order to bring customer' satisfaction to the maximum.
5.The control software is equipped with various data interface and compatible to the G codes and PLT code format generated by various CAD/CAM software, such as UG,MASTERCAM,CASMATE,AutoCAD,CoreIDraw etc.
6.The software supports the function of fast re-set.
