Application field
  The grinding fineness directly affects the valuable mineral recovery ratio and the concentrate grade, the ball mill capacity almost decides the processing plant capacity. Because the fluctuating grinding would bring on the following course changing, the grinding & classification is the most important stage of the overall process.
 XHK-2000 grinding & classification autocontrol system is used in various mineral plants with one or several grinding stages. During running it would control the parameters in time during running, keep the best working condition, optimize the ore feeding and grinding parameters so the plant capacity and mineral concentration ratios gain the excellent values.

 

Control Detail

 The intellectualized system would calculate the best ore feeding value according to the data measured by the electronic weighing apparatus then change the frequency of the feeder motor so the ball bill would keep a optimizing feeding and the best capacity. It would cause the plant maximum capacity and reduce the fluctuation of the following working procedure.
 Auto adjust the every water supply according to the feeding quantity and the overflow thickness measured by the thickness indicator so the grinding and classification system would be invariance. The constant classifying overflow thickness is propitious to the following tasks.
 Change the water supply before grinding according to the return and feeding ore quantity measured indirectly so keep the grinding thickness steadying in the logical range. The needful  grinding thickness is confirmed according to the actual requirement.
 The mill load and the medium filling are estimated using the grinding phonometer and power-meter to prevent the overabundance or scarcity filling, the power-saving running is insured.
 Auto feed the balls according to the classify particle measured by the online device.
 The soft starter conduces that the mill motor is started placidly and the power is saved so the power supply avoids impact and the mechanical transmission life extends
 The material level auto-monitor inspects the current ore quantity in the fine ore bin and sends the data to the computer for the working plan.

 

System Project

  XHK-2000 system performs many parameters auto-controlled during running. It will reduce the labours wrong operations, improve the equipments running ratio, decrease the devices maintenance workload. Consider the simple environment and the workers skill, the system adopt two methods (manual and automatism) for user switching if the accident happens.
 
Control Method

  The system adopts DCS, the IPC and PLC perform FUZZY+PID then control the mill feeding quantity , water supply, classifier overflow thickness, particle size and ore return quantity. The values inspected by the grinding phonometer and power instrument are compared in order to conclude the mill fitting and working status indirectly.
