All the parts are at the same shaft or the same shaft line.Center drive replace traditional peripheral drive with gull gear and pinion wheel,saving space.
Start with hydrodynamic coupling or air clutch by stages. Start performance of the mill is improved. The start torque is greatly reduced, avoiding the impact on the electric network and reducing the installed power by 10.7%--40.5%.
Gear reduction unit with hard tooth surface is used. High drive ratio, compact structure, stable operation, low noise and handy to maintenance. Drive efficiency can reach 99%. Compared with traditional mills, the driving efficiency is improved by 10.3%. Energy saving effect is notable.
Cylindrical roller bearing used as main bearing improves reliability of operation and mechanical efficiency.
