The gypsum stone is crushed into granule less than 25mm with crusher. After the storage and using the electromagnetic vibrating machine to control the feeding rate, the granule will be sent to the mill for grinding. Then the qualified raw gypsum powder will be sent to the fluidized bed furnace for the calcining. Finally, the calcined gypsum powder (its usually called Plaster of Paris) shall be stored in the finished product silo for preparation of plasterboard raw material.

System Structure

According to the demand of the process, this line contains four parts: crush part, grinding part, fluidized bed furnace part, the storage and conveying part.
