1. Ball Mill Machine Function

It is widely used in dressing ,building material,chemical industry to grind medium hard ore and other materials.According to different  grinding ways ,there are dry ball mill and wet ball mill  types according to different discharging  methods ,there are lattice type and overflow  type ;according to different grinding media ,there are ball mill and rod mill ;according to the structure types ,there are traditional type ,straight energy-efficient and cone energy-saving .The energy- saving  ball  mill adopt rolling instead of the traditional bearing easy to start ,saving power 10%-15% .The cone energy-saving mill in addition to the change on bearing parts ,adopt cone design on the discharge end ,the ball materials at cone end are forced to natural classification during the working , much closer to the outlet ,much smaller the ball diameter will be ,increasing the grinding times ,more significant the energy savings .

2. Operation  principle of Ball mill

The materials are sent to the first position of the mill .There are step liner and corrugated liner with the ball in it of different specifications .When the cylinder moves ,the ball are brought to a certain height by the centrifugal force then fall down to hit and grind the materials in the warehouse .So the bulk  materials get the first step coarse grinding in the first warehouse .Then the materials get into the second warehouse with flat liner and balls to get further grinding .It is also called fine grinding .The powder materials will be discharged through the two steps operation .
