Grinding mill -- Model HRM grinding mill through grinding rollers to roll & press the materials (0-40mm) on the rotating grinding pan with pressure and grind them to be reached up to the relevant fitness.

Principle of work
1 Grinding mill Structure and function
The grinding mill consists of separator/ grinding roller/ grinding table/ pressure device/ reducer/ motor/ shell.
The separator that decides the powder grinding fineness consists of adjustable transmission device/ rotor/ oriented fun/ shell/ crude powder hopper/ air outlet; the separator is a kind of high efficiency/ energy-saving/ convenient separator. The grinding roller is an important part of rolling and grinding. It being sited in the bent arm of the mill, under the external force, tightly on the material the grinding roller moves following with the millstone’s moving and then makes the material into powder. The grinding table is sited in output shaft of the reducer; there is the rack up on the grinding table and on the rack there is a ring groove. The material is made into the powder in this ring groove. The pressure device that consists of high pressure oil supplier/ hydraulic cylinder rod/ accumulator provides the pressure of roller; it can provide the enough pressure to make material into powder. The reducer is the part of passing power equipment.
2 Grinding mill working principle
The motor makes the grind table moving through the reducer and the same time the hot wind from the entrance gets into the vertical mill; the material fall from feed opening onto the central of grinding table; because of the centrifugal force the material move from the central to edge and when passing by the ring groove the material will be made into powder; the powder will go on moving to the edge of the grinding table till will be taken by the wind of the air ring; and the large particle will fall into the grinding table. The material of the wind the large particle will fall into the grinding table and the small particle will come out with the wind and gathered by the filter (which part will be the output of the vertical mill) when the material passes by the separator. The material will be stoving when meet with the wind in the body shell and reach the requirement humidity. According adjusts the oriented fun’s angle of separator and the speed of the separator rotor, the products’ requirement in the coarseness will be meeting.
