Design principle

Introduction of the process
0100 Crushing process
The raw ores will be fed into the primary crusher by vibrating feeder and be crushed to 50mm. And then it will be
crushed again by secondary crusher to less than 25mm, which is required to feed into ball mill.
0200 Grinding process
The crushed material will be sent to the raw material storage bin by belt conveyor. Next, it will be fed into ball mill to
be grinded into required size for beneficiation.
0300 Classifying process
After grinding by the ball mill, there is still about 25% of the material can not meet the required size for beneficiation.
Thus, the spiral classifier will separate bigger ones and send them back to ball mill to regrind.
Next, use high frequency screen to control the fineness of the material wholly, and to ensure the steady of the final
content of fine powder.
0400 Gravity separation process
The required material will be fed into the shaking tables by the slurry pump, and to separate the iron without
magnetism and the final content reach to 66%.
