Structural characteristics:
The grid plate with a grid space is installed at the discharge-end, there is a radial lift plate behind the plate, which elevates the slurry to a certain height and force it discharge, so the lift plate has the forced discharge function. Liquid surface at the discharge-end in the cylinder is lower, the slurry flows fast, which reduces excessive crushing of ores. The ball mill has advantages of great capacity and high efficiency.
In order to meet the needs of closed-circuit grinding, the mill can also be equipped with a joint-type feeder, which can feed the raw materials from the inlet side, and also can feed the graded sand of the closed-loop and raw materials together into the mill with a spoon. In order to reduce mechanical wear, the bushing is set in the quill shaft at the inlet and outlet side, the liner is set in the tube and end cover. Spherical Self-Aligning Ball bearings are used to meet the vibration generated bearings.
