Working Principle:

Dust-laden air enters the cylindrical body of the cyclone tangentially at the top and the flow assumes a vortex pattern as it travels helically downward. When the particles reach the wall, friction and gravity force then to descend and discharge into a receiver. Centrifugal force from the air's tangential velocity causes the heavier dust particles to move radically out ward toward the cuclone's wall. The cleaned air spirals upward and exits at the top of the cyclone.

CZT equipment is called long cone cyclone dust collector, consist of three part, including cyclone barrel, ash hopper and volute(set cap). Low resistance, dust removal efficiency, volume air handling, stable performance, small footprint, practical are all it's advantages.
