This series de-ironing separator equiped with adjustable three chains and can easily adjust it’s erecting height and installation height.It has strong magnetic power and deep magnetic penetrating ability, thus it is suitable for handing thick material bed and large-sized mineral ,coal,limestone and broken stone to remove ferro-magnetic material.

Install approachs:

Can be installed in the middle of or head of belt transporter as the four ways showed behind. Our company can also provide all kinds of trolleys.

Two sets of separators can be used combinedly if necessary.Two machines can work alternatively.The purpose of deferrization can be well reached even in a narrow space.

To economize on energy,the separator can be equiped with metal detector.Metal detector search for iron, then send signals to control the separator work to feferrize(about 20 seconds).If the detector is out of work or there is too much ferro-magnetic material ,artificially or automatically transform the rectifying mode to continuous power supplying mode.
