Applications:

Motor vibrating feeder is widely used for feeding bulk and granulated materials to the receiving device from the storage bin evenly, regularly and continuously. It can also be used for the feeding to crushing equipment  evenly and continuously in the sand and stone production line.

Motor vibrating feeder is widely used together with crushing and screening equipment in metallurgy, coal mine, ore dressing, building materials, chemical industry, grinding, glass, food, grain and other industries.

 

Structures:

The motor vibrating feeder is made up of frame, vibrating motor, spring, transmission trough body, vibrating support plate, control panel.

 

Working principle:

The vibrating motor force the transmission trough body to make simple harmonic vibration or similar to simple harmonic vibration in a certain direction. When the acceleration of its vibration achieves some certain value, the materials will make continuous and small throws or slides along the transmission direction in the transmission trough body, which causes the forward motion and transmission of the materials.
