Active Limestone Rotary Kiln System Process:

(1). Qualified limestone in silo is transported into the bunker at preheater top through the hoist ascend. The bunker adjusts the charge quality through its two charge level indicators. (2). The limestone in preheater is heated from 11500C to about 900 0C by kiln gas. About 30% of the material is decomposed in this process. The rest material will be pushed into Rotary Kiln by hydraulic push rod. Limestone in Rotary Kiln will be sintered into CaO and CO2. The material after the decomposition gets into the cooler and is discharged with the tempreture of 100 0C cooled by the cold air. During the process,The hot heat air with the tempreture of 600 0C blows into the kiln and mixed burning with the gas.  The waste gas with cold wind flows into through induced draft fan the bag filter, then gets into the smoke stack driven by exhaust fan.

(3). The lime discharged from the cooler through vibrating feeder, chain conveyor, hoist elevator, belt conveyor gets into lime finished-parts storage. Whether the lime will be screened or not depands on the customer request.
