Structure

KM Plough-shear Mixer mainly consists of conveying system, horizontal body, shears and choppers. With the function of the plough-shear, on one hand the material moving along the inner side of the drum body circumferentially and radially, on the other hand, the material was being splashed along the normal of the double side of the shears, when the material touched the choppers, it is thrown by the chopper with high rotary speed. With the multiplex function of the plough shears and choppers, the material is conveting, expanding and turning so that it could obtain a good mixing efficiency in a short time.

Its structure is suitable for mixing the solid at the same time adding the liquid, and for mixing the wet granule whose diameter is ranging from 0.3-3mm.
