Permanent Magnetic Stirrer

1. Operating principle:

    Aluminium liquid permanent magnetic stirrer adopts alternating magnet field produced by specific combination-ZMAG permanent magnet's movement to start non-contact stirring to metal liquid. Permanent magnetic stirrer is equal to a big air gap motor which uses permanent magnet field, inductor is equal to motor's stator, and aluminium liquid is equal to motor's rotor. The multi-stage magnet field internally installed in permanent magnet stirrer produces alternating magnet field pushed by the motor. Metal liquid in magnet field and melt pool interacts with each other, and then produces induced potential and induced current. Such kind of induced current interacts with magnet field to produce Lorenz magnetism, thus forcing metal liquid to do directional movement, which plays a part on stirring. Permanent magnet stirrer is located in the bottom of aluminium melting furnace, thus the aluminium liquid in bottom melt pool can gain sirring power relatively big, while the stirring power in the top is relatively small. Installing stirring intension reasonably can gain fully and equal stirring effect, do not destroy the oxidation film in liquid level, meanwhile, it can reduce burning loss, reduce melt inhaling, then gain high quality melt.

2. Composition of permanent magnetic stirrer:

     Magnet field generator which consists of ZMAG special permanent magnet; air cooling system; control system which supports distant control; automatic move and lifting system.
