Cases of application:
1. Oil & Water emulsifying
Pour the water phase into the vessel, start up the equipment and regulate the rotation speed to B stage above, and then add the oil phase, make the equipment run for 3 minutes to end the emulsifying process.
2. Oil phase dispersing
In the emulsifying process, the oil phase shall be proportioned at first before it is evenly dispersed, and FA40 can satisfy a small batch fast proportioning.
3. Small batch production
It can satisfy the small batch and multiple types of production, e.g. special printing ink, additives, special medical ointments.
