It is the latest product developed by our factory absorbing foreign technology. We designed it with reference to homogeneous head made by Germany and precise data theories, ensures max. shearing frequency and min. dispersing particles.
 Wording principle:
Motor runs at full speed, driving the movement of cutting wheel of main axis, and material was undergoing powerful shearing and striking between fast rotating cut wheel and fixed cut set then turned into particles and emulsified, mixed, dispersed within a short period of time.  

Features:
With moveable hoist device and elevation controlled by hand, it is easy operated with small investment, high efficiency and wide range for products. It can be used alone or with other equipments. Material contact parts are all made of stainless steel.
Applicable for:
Cosmetics, liquid latex shower, cream, chemical raw material, sauce, beverage emulsion, liquid spices, grease mixture, paint and adhesive area.
