1. Brief description:
1000L Emulsification Jar, of sealed lower bottom type, with electric heater, and 7.5KW WRH Type High cutting emulsification machine, makes it integrated and easy to operate. It is used in confection, emulsification and homogenization of materials during manufacturing procedures of food, fruit juice and medicine manufacturing. The equipment is made of superior-quality 304 stainless steel, sanitary and nice.
2. Working principle:
The electric heater in jacket of electric heating emulsification Jar produces and transfers heat to inside of Jar, to make temperature of materials rise up to the temperature required. Start blender, and keep it work for a period, then start WRH Type High cutting emulsification machine for emulsification and homogenization of materials.
