4,Mixing tank: inner container: 1Cr18Ni9T; ourter barrel: stainless steel 304.
Inner container is mirror finished after dealing. Up palneis the sealing plane of the up barrel, With cooling settings, and the connector of water in and out is: G1/2";The processing materials can be cooled or heated by cool water. On the bottom of the barrel, there is a material valve,a handle and four truckles(two fixed and two universal).
5,Vacuum Cover: material:stainless steel 304. Two small window,one spotlight, one vacuum meter,loading hopper(dia is about Ø 100,can be turned on or off immediately) and other necessary pipes.
6,Mixing principle: Double mixing valve and saw-toothed dispersion base which is fixed on the high-speed dispersion axis make revolution and self rotation,and the designed scraper promise the materials was mixed sufficiently and no deposit in mixing.
7,Mixer axis: material: 1Cr18Ni9Ti;
rotate speed: 0~110rpm;frequency conversion is adjustable.
motor power of the mixer: 3Kw-4P.4KW Frequency Convertor matched for the motor power.
8, Agitating valve: material: 1Cr18Ni9Ti(2pcs) (screw type,high intensity,easy to maintain and use),The distance between mixing valve and the side of barrel is 4-6mm.
9,Scraper: one set. scrape speed: 0~70 rpm; material: stainless steel 304
10, Dispersion axis: two sets.material: 1Cr18Ni9Ti.There are two dispersion base on the dispersion shaft and 7.5KW Frequency Convertor matched for the motor power.

13,Positioning system:
a)There are positioning device and locking device to promise high precision position of the mixing barrel and prevent rotating.
b)The protruding position and the concave position match up accurately,promise high precision position and right location of the mixing barrel.
14,Power distribution box:
It is proceeding all the function displays and operation of the Vacuum-device,frequency adjust speed, temperature displays, spotlight, running and urgent stopping.
15,Temperature display: 0°C~300°C (±1°C)temperature sensing located at the side of the barrel.
16,Safe operation:
a) According to the transducer, limited position switchs and specially designed control-line,the upper barrel will auto stop when it is on assigned position.
b) Other parts of the machine can not start when the upper barrel is rising.Similarly,when the machine mixing the materials,the rise and opening of upper barrel is forbidden.
c) Using Proximity switches to promise the work parts can not be rised in vacuum condition.
d) Specially designed vacuum buffer tank can prevent the back flow of the pumping fluid.
