The extremely compact and flexible modular design requires very little space and can be easily extended. The design allows for either the Twin Shaft Paddle Mixer or Plough Mixer to be installed.Large components can be weighed and easily transported to the mixer.The fast mixer discharging is both time and energy saving, and also increases the capacity of the mixer as the system is able to mix a new batch while the mixed product is discharged into the under hopper, also reducing any “demixing” effect that would be evident if discharge was slower.  AWE’s high quality controller is the key to a consistent and accurate end product.  Very suitable to a system with a mass product output with few product changes.

 

The basic version of the plant operates semi automatically.  It is possible to further automate the processes of bagging and weighing the main components. Semi automatic/ Fully automatic control capacity ranges from 8t/day to 600t/day.
