Payment must be received in 3 business days before shipment.
2,30% deposit in advance, 70% before goods delivery.
Shippment
1. FOB Shenzhen, China
Direct export from Shenzhen, we can also consolidate with your other shipment items.
2. The products will be shipped by UPS / DHL / FEDEX if it is a small order, it will take 4~5 days for delivery. And it will be shipped out within 3 business day after we received the payment, at once the tracking number will be sent out to your side.
3. We are unable to take any responsibility for any custom delay or tax.
We will write it as gift / accessories / samples with low value to avoid taxes for customers, so when you place your order, please tell us about your local custom that more than how much value, then you will request to pay import taxes. We will do as your request to be your best supplier.
Return/Warranty
1. No refunds are offered. Only defective product will be offered exchange.
2. Exchange provided for the defective products within 1 month since delivered date;
3. All products required exchange or fully refund should be returned back to us in the original package with no signs of abuse or damage, we will issue refunds or exchange after getting the returned items;
4. Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 7 days from delivered date;
5. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges;
6. All unauthorized returns will not be accepted;
If you find any defect of the products , please follow below return procedures to ask exchange;
6.1. Email to us to get the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please include the product number on the email.
6.2. Send the product back to us and tell us by email.
6.3. We will exchange the products after getting the returned package.
