1.1 Sealed Construction

KAIYING's unique construction and sealing technique ensure that no electrolyte leakage can occur from the terminals or case of any KAIYING battery. This feature insures safe, efficient Operation of KAIYING batteries in any position. KAIYING batteries are classified as "Non-Spoilable" and will meet all requirements of the International Air Transport Association.

1.2 Absorptive Glass Mat System (AGM System)

KAIYING batteries make use of fine mat separators (glass fiber) wherein sufficient electrolyte is absorbed to provide the longest life and steady service. This system prevents escape of electrolyte from the separator which causes leakage.

1.3 Gas Recombination

KAIYING batteries incorporated unique design that effectively controls generation of gas and allows recombination of over 90% of gas generated during the normal use.

1.4 Maintenance-Free Operation

During the expected floating service life of KAIYING batteries, there is no need to check the specific gravity of the electrolyte or add water, which means they require no maintenance service.

In fact, there is no provision for these maintenance functions.

1.5 Position-Free and Leakage-Free

The combination of the sealed construction and the use of absorptive mat separators permit operation of KAIYING batteries in any position without loss of capacity, electrolyte and service life. KAIYING batteries are made to operate in any position.

1.6 Stable Quality & High Reliability

KAIYING VRSLA Battery has stable and reliable performance. It can be easily maintained to permit proper operation of the equipment that it powers. The battery can withstand overcharge, overdischarge, vibration, and shock, and is capable of extended storage.

1.7 Long Service Life, Float or Cyclic

KAIYING VRSLA Battery has long life in float or cyclic service. The expected life of float service is shown on Figure10 and life of cyclic service figure 11.

1.8KAIYING batteries are equipped with a safe, low pressure venting system, which operates at 1psi to 6psi, designed to release excess gas and reseal automatically in the event that gas pressure rises to a level above the normal rate. Thus, there is no excessive build up of gas in the batteries. This low pressure venting system, coupled with the extraordinarily high recombination efficiency, make KAIYING batteries the safest sealed lead-acid batteries available.

1.9 Heavy-Duty Grids

The heavy-duty lead calcium-alloy grids in KAIYING batteries provide an extra margin of Performance and service life in both float and cyclic applications, even in conditions of deep discharge.

1.10 Low Self Discharge

Because of the use of Lead Calcium grids alloy, KAIYING VRSLA battery can be stored long periods of time without recharge.

Recycle discharge and chargeIf the device connected with power supply charge may be moved after saturation then the battery supply equal to power supply power resource.There is limit for highest voltage offered by charger when charge electricity: 2V battery charge voltage: 2.6-2.75V;6V battery charge voltage: 7.2-7.5V; 12V battery charge voltage: 14.4-15.0V. The largest current is not higher (that rated capacity 30% A. For example 6V4AH, The largest current is not higher I=0.3×4A=1.2A )Charge must be stopped when chargers show saturation. Otherwise the battery may be damaged or injured.If according to the Japanese standard-JISC industry, the battery cycling life is up to 250 times.Circulatory charge and discharge (in a circle).Mode of float charge

1.  Of the equipment always been connected power supply and controlled by has been charged, only when external power supply is stopped by battery, In this mode, please choose the float charge mode.

2.  The highest charging voltage of float charge mode machine should be strictly controlled. The float charge voltage at 250C is: 2.26-2.30V/cell, the largest charging current should not be larger than the rating capacity’s 30%A.

3.  The float charge life: the float charge life is more than one year for the battery that the capacity≤24Ah, to the capacity is more than 24Ah, it’s life is more than three years. 

Discharge

The discharge time is more than 20 hours when the voltage is up to 1.8V/cell should be end discharge. The discharge time is between two and twenty hours when the voltage is up to 1.7V/cell should be end discharge; The discharge time is less than tow hours when the voltage is up to 1.6V/cell should be end discharge. Otherwise the battery may be damaged. When discharge is end should be immediately charged.
