PCO, 1810,1881,30/25,29/25,38 ,ALASK, ROPP; Jar neck and others.

SPECIFICATION

- Stainless steel or P20 for mould base plate, all plates will be nickel plated, the HRC is 38-40.

- ASSAB STAVAX ESR S-136 (SWEDEN) or 2316(Germany) for core, cavity and neck ring, the HRC is 48-52.

- Graphite copper plate under slide plate, with better lubrication effect.

- The valve pin imported from JAPAN, with material SKD61, HRC is 48-51.

- The insulator is DuPont from USA.

- The nozzle made by Beryllium bronze with HRC 38.

- The mini coil heater from Italy ROTFIL or Germany HOTSET.

- PID temperature controller.

OTHER DETAILS

1. The weight tolerance is +/- 0.2gram (depend on the total weight of the perform).

2. The thickness tolerance is +/- 0.1mm (depend on the length of the perform).

3. Efficient cooling system on core, cavity, neck insert and plates, better for shorten cycle time.

4. The guarantee of the mould is 3,000,000 shots.

5. There will be the serial number on each neck and plate of perform mould.
