Decoration Mouldings

Goodwood has more than 10 years in wood industry and we're pioneer in Gesso and prime. Our main species are Chinese fir, Radiata, Paulownia and MDF, etc. and our main products are mouldings and door jamb. Our main markets are for Australia, North America and Europe. The details are as follows:

1. Species: Chinese fir, Radiata pine, Paulownia, MDF, etc.

2. Model Number: 42/66/92/110/112/116/118/135/138mm*11/18mm, length up to 5400mm, various profiles as per customers' drawing

3. Moisture content: 10%-12%

4. No pith, no permitted machine marks, no fibre tear or skip-dressing, no raise grain, but must be smooth, sanded finish on all four-faces.

5. Dimension tolerance: +/-o.5mm

6. Manufacture technique: via shape, machining, gesso, sand, primer and packing etc.

7. Grade: allowing finger joint, laminating, knots and blue stain but less than 5% of surface area if primer.  It depends on clients' requirement.

8. Primer includes white water based primer and oil etc.

9.  Packing: normal/standard packing e.g. pallet with kiln-dried wood, free of bark & dirt or as consumers' request.
