The Process of making mould:
| 1. | Negotiation: | Price-Quality-Mould material-Delivery time-Payment-Technique requests |
| 2. | Down Payment: | Usually 50% before we start working |
| 3. | Design: | We offer drawings for production and mould structure within 15-35 days which is depending on the structure of the product. |
| 4. | Confirmation: | We wait for customer's final confirmation |
| 5. | Machining center: | CNC milling machine-NC wire cutting-NC-EDM and so on |
| 6. | Testing: | Testing the mould to make sure everything is ok |
| 7. | Material testing: | Testing customer's material used for their production |
