Our rolls are for high frequency tube welding machine, stainless steel pipe-making machine and roll-forming machine
Steel Pipe Roller:
The production craft ranges from forming of materials and heat treatment to processing of machines. We make use of advanced heat treatment equipments with reasonable craft which ensures our rollers with high precision.
Production process is as follows:
1. Get ready the materials before processing
2. Forging the materials
3. Spheroidizing
4. Rough turning
5. Heat treatment, vaccum or salt-bath quenching
6. Fine turning
7. CNC processing
8. Quality testing
