In order to improve properties of the existing non-magnetic cemented carbide ,Our factory have developed a new grade of carbide material YEN21 successfully.

With high hardness and good resistence,YEN21 still had the high degree of hardness under the temperature 750°C;

 Its weight is lighter than ordinary, the weight proportion of YEN21  is about 40% of the ordinary non-magnetic alloy.

 With low thermal expansion coefficient, good corrosion resistance,and high thermal conductivity.

 TRS:≥1800N/mm2                    Toughness:≥8J/mm2

Recommended applications: Mainly used in magnetic material industry, electronic industry and the working environment there are special requirements on the magnetic field of the mold, wear parts, cutting tools, etc. Especially for the magnetic box, magnetic tile molds, it can significantly improve their lifetime.
