Properties of mold:
 Xinning mold applies the technics of refrigerated molding, even and smooth in surface crystal; and the hardness is improved obviously. The hardness inside and outside are coincident basically, which improves wear resistance.
Xinning mold is easy to operate. The dies of the same specification are able to change each other. The using effect of replacing ball core is the same as that of new die, reducing use cost.
Xinning mold has no out of circularity and no fault of casting, high in using rate of molten iron and making rate, longer in service life.
Xinning mold is the best choice to substitute single die, one-off die and silicon founding at present.
