SS Pipe Mould 

1. It's with the material of Cr12MoV, and it aslo has a very good function in so many fields .

1.Our Stainless Steel Mould is made by high quality Cr12Mov or SKD11 or D2, materials with rigidity: HRC63-65 degrees, and is processed by precision machine CAD/ CAM.

2. We can provide the welding mould for:

round pipe range:Φ 6- Φ 300 mm;

square pipe range: 2.F10×10-F300×300mm;

rectangle pipe range: F10×20-F120×60mm.

3..The production process is as follows:

a.) preparing the materails based on the customers' requirements;

b.) boring the holes: the axle hole and the bearing hole;

c.) rough turning;

d.) fine turning;

e.) polishing;

f.)  heat treatment.

The rollers designed in our factory ranging from cutting of material and heat treatment to roughly and finely processing adopts one full set of advanced processing techniques. Advanced heat-treated equipments with reasonable process can ensure our moulds (rollers) with high precision, good quality and long service life.

Mould life

Rolls are heat treated adopting a special process (vacuum gas quenching and subzero heat treatment to achieve maximum wear resistance properties and sufficient toughness to withstand high working loads.

Quality assurance

Drilling machine, High Precision Grinding machine and professional CNC equipment are used for producing Pipe Mould. Each and every roll is inspected before packaging by using Mould Hardness Tester, for hardness. Our high quality mould can solve the problem caused in the process o f making stainless steel pipe like scuffing, wrinkling, nail lines, fish-scale veins.
