This is a 600*450mm plastic injection mould we recently built for Land Rover inside car component. Complex mould structure with Hasco manifold built in. Plastic resin is soft PA66 that the parts are foldable.

Our high speed CNC milling machines and mirror EDM machines helped us to make this big, complex mould within required 35 days.

We will soon pilot run the mould in full auto mode for 12 hours continuously and deliver all injection reports, mould dimension reports, and parts inspection reports to customer with the mould.
