This is a 600*450mm plastic injection mould we built for Das Auto inside car product. Complex mould structure for difficult product contours. Parts are injected with PA GF35.

Our high speed CNC milling machines and mirror EDM machines helped us to make this big, complex mould within 30 days to meet its urgency from customer.

We ran mould in full auto mode for 6 hours continuously in our injection department and delivered all injection reports, mould dimension reports, and parts inspection reports to customer with the mould.
