PRODUCT FEATURES:

This two parts product is made from polymer and inorganic materials. It has excellent anti-cracking, no yellowing, easy smoothening, excellent bonding, water resistant, mildew resistant, good sealing and fine quality.

The product is certified by SGS tests, and abide by European Union’s REACH regulations which does not contain any of 38 substances of very high concern (SVHC).

 

APPLICATION:

Use in indoors and outdoors decoration as well as easily-cracking parts. Fill the crack between same or different materials, such as woods, plasterboards, calcium silicate boards, and walls to prevent the cracking. Apply to repairing roofs, sealing of corner between kitchens, bathrooms, toilets, and pipelines.Also apply to bond for building materials and repairing crevice of bridges and tunnels.

 

DIRECTION:

Take suitable amount of product in 1:1 ratio and mix well before apply.Fill the mixed putty into the crack and smoothen the surface with a tool. Ensure the crack is fully filled.Spread on the surface about 5-8 cm in width, and thickness not less than 0.2 cm.

No other anti-cracking tape is needed.

Temperature may vary operation of the product. Add suitable amount of filler if it’s too diluted or

 warm it gently if it is too thick .

The surface will dry in 3 hours at 25°C, and dried completely in 48 hours. In a typical crack with 0.3cm (width) x 0.3cm (depth), smoothen the surface with 4cm (width) and 0.2cm (thickness). 1kg of putty fills 12m of cracks but the actual usage is subjected to the type of materials jointed. 

 

NOTICE:

If the crevice is too small to fill, enlarge the crevice to 3-4 mm by tools. Clean dusts of crack before apply.Apply the mixed putty in the crevice for several times to combine the mixed putty with the powder homogenized.If apply to the whitewashed wall or soft material, dusts and powders must be cleaned in order to prevent cracking. Filling the thickness of the mixed putty should be 0.2cm at least to avoid crack.. Products should be kept in sealed cover. Keep it away from reach of children. The mixed putty should be consumed in 30-50minutes. The surface must be dried completely before next processing.Avoid using solvent or combined with other products to prevent yellowing, cracking and colors migration to surface.

 

STORAGE&TRANSPORATION:

The shelf life is 18 months from the date of manufacture when stored in a cool, dry place with a closed package.This product is non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-flammable, non-explosive and solvent free. It is a non-dangerous material, please store and transport is as general chemicals.

The product is manufactured according to the standard production. User should run their own tests for their particular application.
