WYH-2L/4L Non-woven folder is for the production of rectangular non woven tissues after the
jumbo rolls which have been slitted into the desired width are cut by the slitting cylinders, and then inter folded into the finished products. The machine are controlled by PLC and multi-menu LCD touch screen control panel , and it can be monitored the operation situation by the modem. Which can highly improve the quality and efficiency.
Main features:
1. Pneumatic jumbo roll loading, stepless speed adjustment.
2. Equipped with Roots Type vacuum pump for stable running of the machine.
3. Edge controlling system according to the customer's requirement.
4. Automatic machine stop when paper break or run out off.
5. With jog button on the front and back for threading paper, easier and safer.
6. Add the lubricate oil on key part regularly, for keeping the durability of parts
