Put approriate of noodle into approprite boiling water.

After 3minutes of cooking with strong fire and change with moderate fire (you may put some cold water,kee the water boilng till the noodle becomes apporiate taste)

If frying is desired ,cook up to 80%done and separate from the pot .Process the noodle after rinsing them with cold water .Thus the noodle is more delicious
