TOPCON-C is made from defatted soy flake through alcohol process. It contains about 68 %~ 70% proteins in dry basis and retains most of the fiber of the original soybean.
Application:
TOPCON-C is used in a wide variety of food products, mainly in baked foods, breakfast cereals, vegetarian foods and in some meat products to improve nutritional values
