GU-H with Check Valve Pressure Line Filter Series

INTRODUCTION:

GU-H Series oil filters are high pressure type and used in the pressure line of hydraulic system. It can prevent the hydraulic oil from absorbing impurity and contaminants. It also can clean the rubber impurities, asphalt impurities, carbon residue impurities which produced by oil chemical phenomenon to prevent accident from spool stuck, gap blockage etc.

The differential pressure indicator signals when pressure drop across the element reaches 0.35MPa. This phenomenon shows that the element should be changed or cleaned to achieve the purpose of keeping system safe.

There is a by-pass valve in the filter. As the pressure drop to 0.4MPa, the by-pass valve will open allowing the oil flowing smoothly. When the element must be changed or cleaned, the oil of system can counter flow to prevent air and contaminants entering the system.

Filter cartridge is made of news type of chemical filter material, so it has many advantages of high filtration efficiency, huge oil fluxion, low initial pressure loss, large dirt-holding capacity etc. the filtration accuracy is assessed by absolute filtration accuracy. Filter ratio β3, 5, 10, 20>200, filter efficiency≥99.5%
