The 08 pattern center transmission power push precise seeder unit in this machine, have 4 adjust gear in the seeding amount. If the rape and sesame, adjust the seeder unit before put into the seeds, observe the seeding box, left one line holes, the sowing amount is 3kg/ha; left 2 line holes, the sowing amount is 6kg/ha, left 3 line holes, the sowing amount is 9kg/ha, left 4 line holes, the sowing amount is 12kg/ha, when you adjust the sowing amount, the holes in per seeder unit should be the same. Except the rapes, the grains which have the same sizes also can use this machine, such as the flowering cabbage, millet, sesame, clover, onion, tomato, chili and so on, there is also a center hole which diameter is 8mm,5mm depth, can be used to sow the mung bean, broomcorn, and so on middle grain.

Before sowing, we should adjust the pressure spring of the ditch opening device, make they have the same sowing depth, the sowing depth and earth cover should be around 10mm,and check it before sowing, check the bolts and see if they are loose or gone, does it ok about the sowing regularity and sowing amount, the seeds box should be clean, make sure there is no mud tools or other things, and check if the seeds transfer tube and the ditch opening device are stuck. when sowing, the seeds should be pure, there should be no urea or other thing in it. and the return is forbidden when sowing, when you must return back, lift the planter, and pay attention to the sowing depth and amount, fill in the seeds in time, and make sure the seeds is full in the seed box, pay attention to the maintence of the planter, clean the mud and grass on the seeds transfer tube and the ditch opening tube, to eliminate the resistance, make sure the quality of the planter.
