Reflects 90% of Visible Light
Cold Mirrors are ideal for decreasing the undesirable heat caused by infrared radiation. A multi-layer dielectric coating reflects 90% of visible light while transmitting over 80% of the NIR and IR. Cold Mirrors will function satisfactorily, and are resistant to damage, from ambient temperatures of -45°C to +232°C, ideal for projection systems where heat build-up can lead to system damage.
