Applications and Performance

1,Inorganic mineral fillers surface treatment: Improves the compatibility of surface treated with organic resins, enhances the mechanic strength and electrical properties of the mineral-filled composites. Particularly suitable in water system modification method, could be add in water solution directly.
2,Emulsion polymerization: As a monomeric vinyl functional silane in vinyl, vinyl acrylic and acrylic resin, this vinyl silane can be added as monomers during emulsion during polymerization to form silane modified latexes. The silane in such latexes functions as crosslinkers, forming very stable Si-O-Si chain. 
3,Adhesives, sealants and hot melt: Excellent adhesion to a wide range of inorganic substrates such as metal, glass and concrete, the suitable resins include acrylic, vinyl and vinyl acrylic.

Packing

This product is available in 5kg pail, 200L drums and 1000L immediate bulk container.

Storage and Usable Life

Should be stored in dry, cool, ventilated room; keep away from water, moisture, high temperature and fire. This product has a shelf life of at least 12 months if stored in tightly closed original container at room temperature. 

If this product is kept beyond the shelf life recommend on the product label, it is not necessarily unusable, but a quality control should be performed on the properties relevant to the application.
