Most of the counter-fire additives of the early years contain halogen mainly of bromine family,those additives will discharge poisonous gas under high tempera-ture.Inrecent years,the global legislature and market have pushed the counter-fire additive to phosphine family can significantly improve material's capacity to counter fire and lower its ratc of heat dispcnsing.
     The counter-fire additives of hosphine-family can be classified into phosphate-category and oxidized phosphine-categoryfrom the additives' polymer structure.They can be also classified into copolymerization-category and from their ways of addition.Those copolymerization-category counter-fire additive which contain oxi-dized phosphine is very steady under heat. It's very easy to spin and the cloth made from it has strong capacity to counter fire.CEPPA is a classical copolymeriza-tion-category counter-fire additive containing oxidized phosphine.It can be used in PET polyester fiber,nylon,fiberglass etc.It can help the polyester fiber to gain the eternal capacity to counter fire.Bcing addcd into PET,the counter-fire polyester's slice is very steady under hcat and very easy to spin which is the same as normal polycster's slice.The fiber made from it is very easy to spin and its cloth has god capacity to counter fire. Yansan petrochemical Industry Company and Liaoyang Petrochcmical Industry Company have produced counter-fire polyester slices using CEPPA and they have passed the examination of Tianjin fire Prevention Science and Research Institute of China public Security Ministry and Chinese People's liberation Army Special Protective Cloth Quality Examination Center.The result from National Fixed Fixed Fire protective Constructive Material Quality Moniting and Examing Center informs that such Pcrmanent counter-fire polyester fiber cloth center informs that such Permanent counter-fire polyester slices as curtain cloth,sofa cloth and car cushion has reached the requirement of BlGreade of GB8624.Its oxygen index is 32-33% and can be widely used.

     Along with the fast development of high polymerizationmaterial,the flame retardant handing has more and more caused people's concern,the development of flame rctardant as well becomes the focus of people's attcntion.The CEPPa is the right type of good functional flame retardant.It is only of small usage,but bears water solution well,has high reaction ability,and the existence of the benzene radicle gives it good influence to the function of such high polymerization material handling

The product has the following characteristics:
1.The purity degree is high,CEPPA content 99%,which is the highest in domestic market.
2.The slice produced through polymerization which endures spinning,dying etc.proccesses will not lower the function of flame retardant.
3.It can spin thin and long silk.
4.The environmental protecting permanent type polyester slice made from it doesn't contain halogens,it has the feature of being easy to be carbonized while burning.The smoke density is 1/3 of the common polyester.It's a product which can protect the environment and has low smoke,no toxicity.
     The flame retardant of our company is copolymcrization-catcgory of phospho- rous family.This product is white crystal grain of high pruity.Its melting point is 158,its heat resolution temperature is 250.This product is sole as solid powder,and it also sells to the users who don't have the conditon to transfer flame retar-dant using the form of EG ester solution which contains 45% flame retardant.

The usage of product:
     This product and PTA,the EG together to copolymerize and produce the flame retardant slices ,it can blend with glycol under appropriate environment until 80% etherifed.Counter-fire polyester slice's polymerization environment is the same to normal slice.
     The phosphor fastens to flame reatarding terylene slices has no poisonous feature,no corrosion,and its counter-fire capacity long and stcady.When it's copolymer-ized with PTA and EG,the quantity of using is 2.5%-4.5%,that is 3500-6500ppm,the extreme oxygen amount after being spinned is 30-36.The heat resolu-tion temperature of the slices made from it is 410 ,with good stability under heat and easy to spin,so it can produce,all kinds of flame retarding short fibers and long silk.Different amount of addition will affect counter-fire polyester slice's counter-fire capacity,the advised addition amount is 4-5.5%,The cloth's oxygen index will be as high as 32%.Dying should conducted under appropriate environment to guarantee the products' best
permanent counter-fire capacities.
     Packing,Marking,Storage and Transportation
     Packing:The product to sell is either solid powder which was packed with polyethylene bag by 25kg or ester-soluble ethylene alcohol liquid with 45% CEPPA was sold in the packing of 200kg plastic barrel.

     Marking:Every packing should indicate the name of product,net weight lot number,the date of manufacture,the dress and name of factory.
     Stoage:The product should be stored in near it .Under direct sunlight is for bidden.
     Transportation:Air-flight,Shippinmg/Shipment and Truck are available for transportation.The product should prevent raining and glare,which should be moved and carried carefully during the course of transportation,Throwing and col-lapse should forbid in case of breaking of package.
