Mainly used for real-time detecting if there's vehicle present in parking space, counting, parking space guidance system etc.

Introduction 

TUS-V100 ultrasonic parking lots detector is used to detect weather the vehicles is being or not with the set distance by the way of ultrasonic reflection. The work principle is according to the ultrasonic which was send from up to down by the ultrasonic detector, detect exactly weather every park lot is occupied or not and the information will be send at last.

Status and instruction
1. light indicator

1)         1After power on, power indicator red lighted;

2)         when the ultrasonic detector does not send or receive normal, the status lights (State / Green) blinking 15 times a second;

3)          when the ultrasonic detector to send and receive all normal, but no vehicles, communications normal, the status lights (State / green) three times a second, blinking;

4)         When the ultrasonic detector to send and receive all normal, but no vehicles, no communication, the status lights (State / Green) blinking a second,

5)         When the ultrasonic detector to send and receive both normal and a car, the status lights (State / Green) has been bright.

 

2. Alarm distance setting

 When the vehicle in place, distance is less than the default of distance, an external LED lights red, green or external LED lights, from the RS-485 interface receiver established by the address (such as A01, A13 (ASCII code), see shell label, pulling switches codes established by the address, see address settings), issued after receiving the correct address spaces occupying state data (00 H (16 hexadecimal) Parking space, 01 H (16-band) that occupying parking spaces).

          

3. Detection mode settings  

  DIP8 = OFF: Communication Detection mode
     when the ultrasonic sensor receive the queries command from PC, then do one time detect operation. and exploration results reported to the host computer.
  DIP8 = ON: Timing Detection mode
    ultrasonic sensor regardless of the communication state, It‘s will do one time detect operation each time 

4. RS-485 communications interface protocol

l  Protocol in a 16-band 3 bytes scanning and three-byte response mode (frame head 1bytes + address 1 bytes (0 X01 ~ 0XF0) effective from Dial Switch settings) + 1 check bytes.

l  Detector scan: frame head is 0 XFA, answered  status is 0 XFA, 0X00, 0X40 or 0 XFA, 0X01, 0X80, the second byte 0 X00 means detect car-free (green lighted at this time), 0 X01 means that detect car ( At this time the red lighted);

l  The green light on the detector to indicate whether the RS-485 interfaces to receive the correct order. If received ,the green light rapid blinking flash/350 ms);

l  Serial port setting is : 9600, N, 8,1;

l  Address: Dial Switch (8 digit) ON is 1, if setting to 0001111, the address is 0 X0F.

6. Installation

Installation and interface definition ultrasonic parking lots detector should be installed on the parking lot, it usually installed with the probe down in ceiling in a way of suction top.
