Application:

It is applied in advertising painting industry. The weld of hot-melt plastic membranes such as Spraying cloth, Lightbox Fabric, Shade cloth, shearing cloth, Baoli cloth, mesh cloth, PVC, and PE etc.

Technical Feature:

4. No matter how long the tarpaulin is, the splicing will keep the same perfect seaming effect.

Operation Procedure:

1. First of all, lighten up the Painting Fabric, target the sew (2-5cm), and fix the fabric on the ground with glue or tape. As picture 1 below:

 2. Connect the power line to the machine, turn the handle to the left, till the hot-air spout is staight line with the wheel. Then turn the black button to the right, adjust the speed, usually put it on switch 4, as picture 2 below. After setting the speed value, turn the handle the right till the hot-air spout leave the ground. Then it stops.

3. Adjust the temperature. Turn on the temperature button, then press the temperature up and down button. As picture 3 below. Adjust the temperature according to the thickness and durable of the fabric, usually put it between 150-200 degree. Or you can put some materials in the spout, if the material melt immediately and is not scorched. It is the proper temperature value.

4. After setting the temperature value and speed value, put the edge of the right-wheel in a level with the edge of sew. When the  actual temperature reaches to your set value, turn the handle to the left till the spout insert into the sew totally. As picture 4 below. The machine begins to walk and splicing starts.

5. During splicing, if the spout scorches the Painting Fabric. Please turn the black button to the right a little, or turn down the temperature, so to avoid scorches the fabric. But please don't worry, do not turn the button urgently and adjust the speed in large scope, or else the machine will not go in straightly or damage the fabric.

6. Before using the machine, please test and set a proper temperature value and speed value. If it is too slow, it will damage the fabric. But if it is too fast, it may not splice fasten. 

7. On finishing splicing, turn the handle to the right till the spout leave the fabric completely. As picture 5 below. Meanwhile, turn off the temperature switch, but please do not put off the power immediately, or else the heating will damage the spout and the machine. Please cool it naturally till the actual temperature value reaches the lowest.
