This facility is a kind of auxiliary equipment for the clean room and is mainly applied to the goods transmission between the clean an non-clean areas, preventing the outside dust particles from coming into the clean area due to air circulation. The air-shower transmission window has dust-cleaning function, so can be even more effectively stopping the open loop air circulation. Furthermore, the transported goods only enter the clean area after got air blown over, so the pollution can be minimized and dust particles will be effectively prevented from being carried out into the “dust-free room” by the transported goods.
