ο 3 Way double air piloted inlet switching valve with viton seals,directs inlet air flow to each tower, Many small competitive air dryers use 4-way sliding spool valves which allow purge air containing abrasive desiccant dust to be channeled back through the valve, causing rapid seal wear and/or premature failure.

ο 2-Way, diaphragm operated, poppet-style purge exhaust valves,designed to handle purge air containing abrasive desiccant dust.

ο Epoxy encapsulated, tamper-proof microprocessor performs timing functions.

ο Easy draining and filling of replacement desiccant is allowed without the removal of any dryer piping.

ο Bronze lift check valves with teflon discs provide positive sealing.
