The Gear of Straw Pellet Mill directly connecting driving is adopted for high efficiency.Full stainless steel feeder;Variable-pitch anti-arch structure;Imported frequency converter control;Stainless steel conditioner extends the conditioning and cooking time;Shaft end of conditioner is with special seal;Axial steam apraying device is used for steam adding ao that materials can touch the steam fully and steam back-spraying into the feeder is avoided;Gearbox is equipped with imported machine center,resulting in high hole precision;The bearing and oil seal in the main drive are imported,and especially lubrication oil-return system is available to ensure reliable bearing lubrication.Main gear and pinion shaft adopt the carbonizing quenching and hard tooth surface grinding technology,resulting smooth driving,low noise and long sevice life.3-pc quick removing type precisely-cast die clamp is adopted to connect the die and quill flange,resulting in convenient and quick removing of die.Pellet chamber door and feed chute are fully made of stainless steel,resulting in high anticorrosion ability and long sevice life.The connecttion between motor and gearbox adopt new type S-shape spring coupling with more convenient disassembling and assembling and more reliable use.
