       First shower by hot water, most of the bacteria and dirt will be killed and washed down.

      Second step cleaning process, on the one hand washing egg surface, on the other hand drying egg surface by strong wind quickly.Most of the water will be blown off, and entering the drying process.

      Food-grade white mineral oil will be atomized into particles below 0.05mm by atomizing nozzle, covered the surface of dried and cleaned egg. Eggshell pores will be absorbed quickly that forms a protective film, reduces water loss inside egg,prevents external bacteria, achieves preservation purposes.

A transition belt connect to egg grading machine and egg cleaning machine that will be a automatic egg processing line.(as shown in the picture)
